The famous Lithuanian restaurant MEAT Steak House is located on the first floor of Hotel Gabija Palanga.
One of the founders of the restaurant and his chef Liutauras Čeprackas studied at the prestigious world-famous culinary school "Le Cordon Bleu", which he graduated with a gold medal and today is considered one of the best chefs in Lithuania, which owns a chain of several restaurants. The pride of this restaurant is MEAT: whatever - juicy beef steaks with a crispy crust or roasted duck on a red cedar table, served with fried thin fries - all dishes melt in your mouth.
The Meat Steak House restaurant is probably the only one in the Baltic States with its own meat maturing chamber, which reveals the best properties of the meat, so the steak acquires a special taste that attracts connoisseurs of good food.
